Make sure your Sardines in "Oil" is EVOO, and NOT Sunflower, Safflower or Soy Oils.
I don't trust the oil in the sardines. I get them in water and eat about 2 pats of butter with each can of sardines.

So, you recommend a keto diet? I’m type II at 72 yrs. I thought broccoli, Greek yogurt, berries were good but now I’m confused. I hear so many different Dr’s saying different things!
sardines in oil is usually seed oil, I would rather get them in spring water and add my own healthy oil or fat.
I’m watching during my lunch break and I’m eating a can of Sardines.
All these years i was eating “healthy” and getting sicker, now i know why
Sourdough has three ingredients. Flour, water and sourdough starter made from fermented wheat flour and water.
I buy the cacao, roast it, and grind it several times very finely with liquid stevia and some cloves and cinnamon. Then I use the leftover roasted husks in the base of my Italian coffee maker, and on top of that, the coffee is amazing. You wouldn't believe how good it all is!
