Oh my goodness. Thank God someone has finally said this. As women we are told it is so hard to lose weight in your 40s. At 51, my metabolism has never been so efficient. Loving life!

I'm no doctor and never did studies on metabolism. However, I have seen siblings that grew up eating the same thing yet one is slender and one is obese. They do not have the same metabolism.
