The caroling Gremlin in the earmuffs, checking the sheet music so he can stay on book, is absolutely hilarious.
Mom in the Home Alone movies, loses youngest son two years in a row. Mom in Gremlins, THIS IS SPARTA!!
Mom almost single handedly took out all the Gremlins herself.
Seeing you do Gremlins put a big smile on my face. I was 8 years old on Christmas morning 1986. We got our first VCR and Gremlins under the Christmas tree. My parents were so clueless, they thought it was a much lighter happier holiday film. We were excited and my dad hooked it up for us immediately. One of my favorite memories, is me and my brother (who was 12) dying of laughter watching it, while my mother is saying that we really should shut this movie off, and my father telling her to let us enjoy it. When the gremlin gets it in the microwave, my mother started to laugh too. By the end, she was enjoying it alongside us. A fantastic Christmas morning.
To this day, I cannot see a chair-stair lift thingy without thinking of this movie.

The gremlins are the best argument for animatronics/puppetry over cgi. They had so much character, texture and life-like detail compared to most cgi creations in the last 30 years which look cold, flat and fake.
Yelling for the mom to run. Nope, 80s moms don't mess around!
23:25 โthat is so traumatic! We need guns!โ
23:50 "this town is never going to revcover financially" lol
