🥩 Get My Guide Here: https://www.paulsaladinomd.com/animal-based-diet --- --- --- Find out your ideal diet with my ANIMAL-BASED CALCULATOR: https://www.paulsaladinomd.co/ab-guide#calculator?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=VIDEOID --- --- --- Most chain restaurants cook their food in industrial seed oils, use grain-finished meat, and hide ingredients behind sauces, marinades, and dressings. But what if you find yourself eating at one anyway? In this video, I walk through how to make the best possible choices at chain restaurants if you absolutely have to eat there. We break down what’s actually happening in restaurant kitchens, which menu items are the worst offenders, and how to reduce exposure to the most problematic ingredients. We’ll cover: • The hidden seed oils used in most restaurant cooking • Why sauces, dressings, and marinades are often the biggest problem • What types of meat and cooking methods are usually safer • How to modify common menu items to make them less harmful • Practical strategies you can use when eating out with friends or family Most restaurant food is designed for flavor and cost efficiency, not human health. But with a few simple strategies, you can dramatically reduce the damage. If you care about real food, metabolic health, and avoiding ultra-processed ingredients, this video will help you navigate restaurants much more intelligently. --- --- --- If you can't get fresh heart & liver in your diet, try our 100% grass-fed desiccated beef organs at Heart & Soil: https://shop.heartandsoil.co/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=video&utm_campaign=VIDEOID Looking for a healthy and delicious snack? The IHOP guy is probably thankful that most everyone else (99.9%) who orders there doesn't care at all about their health.

As someone who has worked in the food industry for almost 20 years, high chance they're ignoring your request for the butter, and using oil anyway.

I also agree with other comments… no way the kitchen is listening to his requests. Zero chance
