Thomas. Please do a video on which specific probiotic strains have been scientifically proven to positively affect the microbiome for fat loss and maintenance of metabolism. This seems to me to be a crucial part of maintaining metabolic rate. I would be fascinated to hear that video. I wonder if polyphenols affect the positive microbiome, also.
I lost 97lbs almost 23 years ago. Still lean, still learning.

The dietary changes to reach 1 or 2 lbs a week of weight loss seem to be some of the most successful because it's easier for people to stick to. The changes are simple, easy to remember, and don't feel like you're being super restricted.
It’s so funny how I thought for so long I couldn’t lose weight then 3 months ago I started tracking calories and now I’m down 5 kg and have abit more muscle I was so ignorant to how much calories I was really eating
