low Vitamin D and depression - it happened to me - wouldn't wish that on anyone. Fortunately, it went away and I hope it never happens again.

I live in Canada, 6 months of winter and last summer was rain and thunderstorms. Next march, it will have been 11 months without serious sun exposure. I have to supplement, whatever you think about it, we don't all live in California!

I had extreme pain in my feet when walking finally I wound up at a Rheumatologist they checked my vitamin D and it was very low. Once my level got back up I felt much better. I can now walk on the treadmill again.

I take 50k iu everyday my mom took it during covid never had one symptom.........50k IU every day!

Over time, the body just loses efficiency. It becomes much more important to watch the diet and supplement appropriately.

Hi Thomas! I’ve been following your channel for a while now and have listened to many podcast interviews with you— and I have been learning so much! Thank you for breaking down the science and for your transparency as you discuss so many controversial takes on various subjects in this massive soup of health, fitness, healthspan and longevity “knowledge.” I listened to a podcast interview about a year ago with Katie Wells (Wellness Mama) interviewing Jim Stephenson. Jim is a vitamin D researcher—and I was blown away with the concerns of vitamin d supplementation and the misunderstanding (or misconception) about vitamin D in general (as it had gotten a load of attention during the pandemic). Will you please look into this gentleman’s work and enlighten us on your thoughts regarding his view points and concerns on Vitamin D and supplementation in general.
