Paul, I know you likely won’t see this but I want to thank you. I developed MCAS after a serious mold exposure. I unable to eat and the doctors did not know what to do. I began the carnivore diet because of you and my body began to heal. I can now eat a variety of foods without medication or pain! Thank you!!

I was born and raised in a big city. Then at 36 I moved to the country. Now we have free range chickens, rabbits, pigs, and buy local grass fed beef. We put a lot of wild caught fish, deer, and elk in our freezer too. Between the quality of food I eat. And the lack of stress from the big demoRat city and all it's BS. I can't describe how much better I feel. And perform. Now at 47 years old I am in much better shape then I was when I was younger.

I’ve been lifting/running for 12 years and have always kept a “healthy” diet or so I thought. I stumbled upon Dr. Saladino around 3 years ago. Been following his principles of diet and nutrition ever since. Never have I looked or felt better in my life. Thank you Shawn for having him on and thank you Dr Saladino.

I have been on a whole foods ketovore diet (high protein, high fat, low or no carb) for 1 year. I no longer suffer from or have any symptoms of PCOS, IBS, psoriasis, eczema, acne, chronic ear infections, gastric reflux, sleep apnea, rhumatoid arthritis, and gout. I have tons energy, feel great, sleep great, actually want to exercise, and I have lost 45 lbs! I have tried so many diets and programs over the years, and this way of eating is the best thing I have ever done in my life. I will continue whole foods ketovore for the rest of my life because I never again want to feel like I used to.
