I absolutely agree with Runkle on his take on Poot’s shenanigans with the gun. It was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional, esp adding the commentary “tempting” to it. THIS is a MURDER trial!! Where both victims were killed with rifles! I would’ve lost it. I realize that there are often moments of levity in even the most horrible trials, but this trial has honestly been bizarre to watch at times. The attorneys and gallery laugh at inappropriate things, the gallery acts doesn’t settle down like it is typically expected in a courtroom, the attorneys walking all over the well during testimony, the lack of objections…….it’s an absolute circus, tbh.
I'm appalled at the reaction after Poot pointed the gun at the prosecution. These people take gun safety anything but seriously, on top of the strange implications of his weird comment. Surprised the judge didn't do anything about it.
hard to believe that it was a 5'2" little person who left no DNA or other evidence at the crime scene
I agree with Mr. Runkle as well. This is yet another reason why gun violence is so rampant here in the U.S.. Guns are glamorized and gun safety is a joke. Thank you as always, Emily, for helping us through this trial! 💜💜💜
Common mistake, the bullet in hole in tree would NOT rise as the tree grows. Trees don't grow from base up. The base stays same, the height is added from the top.
Each new trial I watch with you is weirder than the last - " and I'm here for it"!
I actually felt that Mike Sutton was hugely offended that his testimony/findings was being questioned. And yes, the prosecution witness tended to not answer yes or no, but the defence were very quick to demand a yes or no answer and then explain xx
The only question I'd have asked if I was the prosecution would be "could you hear the gun shots if you were outside the house?" And sit down
"What in the elmer fudd is happening” 😄😂🤣 ahhh replay crew hilarity is ensuing. Party of 1. 🙏
Canadian here. Although I have very limited experience in courtrooms, I believe I can safely say that if ANYONE pointed any kind of weapon (not just a firearm) at anyone in a courtroom, that law enforcement/security would tackle that person to the ground and immediately cuff them, and would have resulted in his immediate removal from the courtroom. The subsequent comment that he was “tempted” would have undoubtedly resulted in serious consequences. 🤦🏻♀️ Guessing Runkle could confirm….
