I did this for a month now. I started 198, now im 181.8lbs. Im still obese, but, i will keep on working until i get my goal
Day 5 of keto, my mother, who doesn’t know I’m on it, asked what I’m doing to my skin because it’s looking so good 🥳

I am 73 I started at 268 lb I am now at 229 lb my goal is 178 intermittent fasting is a godsend thank you Dr Berg
ACV & lemon even diluted is still too acidic for the teeth. I have seen the long terms damages to teeth from regular use of these products. The pH of the mouth should be neutral. Always drink with a straw where possible and rinse the mouth out with water afterwards. DO NOT brush the teeth immediately after drinking. Allow the pH to neutralise for an hour or so before brushing otherwise you will scrub all your enamel off - regards, a dentist.
This is a great way to handle rising food costs too. Every time I go into a grocery store, even daily, the prices are higher. Just think, saving your health and coping with higher prices.
Im 2 weeks in. No weight loss yet and not losing inches but im sleeping 8-10 hours per night dropping cortisol levels. My aches and pains are gone and im so happy with my results so far. No more insulin spikes 🎉🎉🎉
