Having just played through the Silent Hill 2 Remake its time to return to one of horrors most famous towns. Throughout this video we're gonna be going through the movie and also talking about the easter eggs within it. This will also discuss some of the history of the game and some of the characters we encounter in the movie. So come with us as we guide you through the fog and talk about the film indepth. Now growing up, I was always a Resident Evil Kid, the first film was like a haunted house horror mixed with a zombie movie. The second just took things to the next level and that was one of my favourite video games of all time. It was like playing a John Carpenter classic that was filled to the brim with the undead and monsters. However Silent Hill always piqued my interest. Though several games tried to copy Resident Evil, this felt like it was doing something slightly different. Leaning into more of the psychology it also dealt with themes of the occult. Now though I missed the first game, the second instantly hooked me. That was the first even game I bought a special edition of and I played it none stop through the summer of 2002.
