Having breath that smells like feces is genuinely concerning. It should never smell like that and their may be something seriously wrong with her health.

Poop breath story: OP has to tell her immediately, because the mom MUST visit a doctor. My dad had tumors which destroyed his gastrointestinal tract and he got poop breath before it was diagnosed. I'm sure there are a million other reasons for that, but it is a possibility.

My uncle had the bad breath problem. It turnd out he had a huge hidden cavity, that for some reason didn't hurt him. They should take their mom to the dentist

What op mom's have is called fecal halitosis. It can be a symptom of many very dangerous gastrointestinal issues. The most common is an intestinal blockage, or she could have a fistula between her intestine and her colon or even worse cancer. She needs to go to the emergency room immediately. OP, please tell her and take her to the hospital.

Story 1: if you dont know of you trust your partner, regardless of if there's a reason why, just break up. It saves you from all this headache.
