McConaughey has that rare gift of saying out loud what most people only wrestle with in silence. Faith isn’t about religion alone, it’s about having an anchor when life feels like quicksand. Without it, even success feels empty. Deep message, and one a lot of folks need to hear today.

I think the genius of Steve as a podcaster is his utter focus on listening to his guests. He connects dots backwards, and the whole interview is about getting the essence of his guests - out - it’s not on himself or what he wants to say. Generally podcasters tend to make the content about them or interject or talk too much and Steve is an absolute expert at not interfering and making an immaculate space for the best content to come out and his questions expertly put to bring out more. He is the most intelligent listener and reflector I’ve ever witnessed, he listens in for the real depth and then asks just the right question to reveal it. There is no other like him, what an honor and what an incredible interview, yet, another. 💫

"do it like you own it, not like you're paying rent on it." I love this - it's incredibly powerful.

Can we all agree that Matthew would make the perfect President of the United States of America? He has all the qualities necessary to unite us all. Around the 2h 02min mark, notice his shift from smile to sorrow. He’s clearly deeply affected by that shooting event and cares a lot. Excellent interview Steven, thank you.
