I bet $100 that an employee used the compute to mine crypto and blamed it on the AI.
I asked GPT should I be worried, he said no.
It's as if we are free people who are determined to create a prison around ourselves brick by brick to show how clever we are at bricklaying.
What I learned from this is that being shameless makes me invincible to AI blackmail strategies.

If only we had 100's of books and movies that predicted this would happen...
What is glossed over in this conversation is the monetary incentive for tech CEOs to pursue AI advancement regardless of any safety concerns. They don’t care about any potential existential risks that will come. Greed and the promise of power will make people do anything.
