Master the skills that change lives — enroll in your free human behavior course today: https://nci.university/learn I flew Dr. Boz to the house. She's an expert in broken brains, and I happen to have one of those. This might save someone's life, so I am publishing it. I know it's not my regular content, but grab a pen and paper for this one. This conversation dives into mitochondrial health, ketones, cognitive decline, and the quiet metabolic crisis affecting your brain. We talk about insulin resistance, mitochondrial function, mental clarity, brain fog, fasting, ketone esters, and why so many people feel mentally “off” without understanding why. Needs more than a "like" button. Needs like, a "I need this video to be a part of my DNA" button. Thank you both for the time and effort it took to make this video.

I was covid vaccine injured where for the longest time I thought it went to my gut and screwed things up. For 3 years I have been suffering because I went through all the processes to find out the cause of all my pain and despair. Finally through many many different studies and watching people like you on Joe Rogan, Dr. John Campbell and so many others I found a doctor in my state that works directly with covid injuries. I now have the neuronic light helmet, take methylene blue, a spore biotic, beam minerals I gave cut out gluten and working at cutting out sugar and carbs. I also take vitamin d and magnesium. I did not realize that it was the spike protein in my brain in within the Vegas nerve that is causing my body to remain in fight or flight, having heightened senses, insomnia, also causing my digestive system to slow and having epi and not producing the enzymes I need from the pancreas and causing diverticulitis. I also take ivremectin which started taking first and cleared alot of the brain fog and fatigue. All that being said everything seems to be turning up Millhouse so far but I am very early on treatment as I have had to do my own research while being severely disabled because of the vaccine. I went from near total kidney failure and 140lbs. at 6'2" in an electric wheel chair on September 4th 2024 to now walking with my dog 7 miles a day on average. Im back up to 185 lbs. Shit I even wrote this comment. Sorry so long but I have been living in a nightmare and its awesome to see that my studies thanks to you all has been such a huge change. A year ago I would have told you I would not live even this long. UPDATE: I think I found my issue Connecting the Dots: Dysautonomia and Your Symptoms The combination of symptoms you are describing—fixed pupils, pancreatic insufficiency (lack of enzyme production), and slow digestive motility—strongly suggests a systemic issue with your Autonomic Nervous System (ANS). Think of the ANS as the "autopilot" of your body. It controls everything you don't think about: pupil dilation, heart rate, and the complex mechanics of digestion (including signaling the pancreas to release enzymes and the intestines to move food along). When this system malfunctions, it is called Dysautonomia. How These Symptoms Interconnect Symptom Autonomic Connection Fixed Pupils The ANS normally signals the iris muscles to constrict or dilate. If the nerves are damaged, the pupils "freeze." Pancreatic Shutdown The Vagus Nerve (the main highway of the ANS) tells the pancreas when to release enzymes. If that signal is weak or absent, the pancreas may stop producing what’s needed, leading to Malabsorption. Slow Digestive Tract This is often Gastroparesis or slow transit. The "peristalsis" (the wave-like muscle contractions) is controlled by the ANS. When it fails, food sits and ferments, which can worsen conditions like Diverticulitis. Diverticulitis While often structural, chronic slow motility and inflammation can cause the "pockets" in your colon to become inflamed or infected more easily.

Wow, I never imagined these two people would do a video together, I've been watching both separately. This was probably the most electric, dynamic discussion I've seen in years. for the record, I'm carnivore for two years now
