It's really nice of Chris to agree to Cameron interviewing him.
It’s called being present. If you practice being in the present. You will be happy. Obviously have goals, dreams, etc. but don’t continually think about the past or the future.
At the end of the day, knowing that you're completely and fully satisfied with how your day's accomplishments have turned out, know that you really made a difference in someone's life, weather it was a smile or just saying, I love you, truly matters to me.

Permanently delaying gratification turns you into a robot
Permanently delaying the present moment for the future when the present moment is all we have. The future is just a thought and is not a given.
I feel like 'permanently' delaying satisfaction is the natural consequence when you haven't achieved success. It's one thing when you're looking at step-ups when you're already successful where there's no finish line, but something else when things aren't even running. Worrying about delaying gratification is really a higher-order problem. That's a concern for when somebody is already in a really good place.
when you reach the top, help others up.
I love the backwards hat, Chris. Gives off major _"How do you do, fellow cool kids?"_ vibes. 😂
I'm happiest when I'm running too. I think it's the feeling of freedom, the adrenaline of running fast, and feeling like I'm getting better as a person everyday.
