The exercise selection kinda shows that even as big as he is, he’s still very “isolated” focused. Compare his answers to CBums, Dorians or even Phil Heaths. The maturity level shows in the exercise selection

Sam is 100% right the seated leg curl is a much bigger stretch than the lying leg curl no matter how you lay. I like that he didnt bother arguing about it though lol
