Great video, Superfan of Sardines, eat 4 gram Omega 3 every day. Greetings from the Netherlands
Your podcast got recommended due to my interests and I can say without a doubt you're one of the best interviewers within this sphere, keep it up.
Nick Norwitz got up to dolphin levels when he was doing his sardine diet experiment. His only adverse effect was the cloud of odor that surrounded him.
I haven't seen this channel in my feed in quite some time. Of course it's Jesse covering one of the most interesting topics in nutrition, at least for me.
So one can of sardines per day. One can of Wild Pacific sardines in olive oil contains 1,800mg of omega 3. Which should be able to eventually raise your omega 3 levels up towards 10.
I really appreciate someone like Dr Bill Harris. He seems to be very honest and I don't think he's trying to sell anything. He certainly has caused a lot of cognitive dissonance which is a good thing for me because he makes me think. Although at this point my views on llinoleic fatty acids have been modified by listening to this podcast I'm not totally on board. I think I would like to see further studies
My husband and I used fatty15 for the better part of a year and a half to two years. We saw no measurable differences in any markers. And it is quite expensive.
This is the first time that I’ve really come to understand what to purchase. I’ve been so afraid of rancidity hurting me that I stopped taking anything at all. Great interview,Jesse. I appreciate that you asked all of the questions that most people wondered about.
