As a Toyota employee, how can the Chevy have MORE plastic than the Tacoma? Did not know that was possible, lol.

This is why modern trucks are so expensive. 90% of this review was about creature comforts like upholstery, ride quality, infotainment, etc. Trucks are the modern day luxury land yachts.

I have a 2024 Ranger and haven't had any issues with the rear doors not closing. I have also not noticed any issues with the transmission needing to warm up, but I live in Texas so perhaps that is more on an issue in colder climates. My only complaint has been the sensor for the adaptive cruise control is really sensitive and disables that feature on occasion when it's raining or a bug hits the windshield where the sensor is located at the top of the windshield. Beyond that, it has been great and exceeded my expectations. I keep it in eco mode and usually average about 23 mpg city/hwy combined with the 2.3L. I have also towed trailers several times and it handled that task like a champ as well.

Be happy that you have a choice of 3 good trucks. I'd pick the Ranger.
