I’m an example. Diagnosed bipolar disorder, years of misery, gave up carbs, no symptoms for 7 years now!
The answer is Refined Carbohydrates and Refined Vegetable Oils.
I love how people use the word Harvard to get their point across. Harvard is part of the CABAL!
Anything that the gov says is good .... is not good
I was diagnosed hyperkinetic as a kid (ritalin), then manic depressive as a young adult (wellbutrin), and bipolar/on the spectrum in my 30s and am now 53. I went carnivore in July of last year. Since sometime in the 1st month I have been trying to navigate who I am now because I feel completely depersonned. I'm no psychologist but I mean I feel like an entirely new human that just awoke. I have my knowledge and wisdom but emotionally, rationally, and happily balanced in a way I've legit never experienced before. I can not wrap my head around who I am now having also been who I was. It's a kind of wonderful problem because I feel like a teen just leaving home in that everything is possible now. It's just very disturbing to read past things I've wrote or pics of when I was sick on every level.
Sugars (plural). Vegetable oils (plural). Refined carbs (plural). Food dyes. Preservatives. Eat EF(5): Eggs, Fish, Fowl, Flesh, Fats, Ferments. Oysters and sardines are great fish. Ferment kefir, goat cheese and veggies at home. Use butter and lard for fats. Use sea salt. Keep it simple. No breaded deep fried foods. Avoid packaged dinners and "snack foods." Avoid factory "sweets."
I "had bipolar" but actually it was just the sugar and oil
Clinically depressed and now clear as day!!!
She's amazing. So sad what's happening to us humans. Thanks for having her on.
Weird that Harvard put this out considering they’re a den of vipers, but yes
