🌾Even the healthiest foods seemed to backfire on me—constant bloating, weird breakouts, no energy. I thought I was sensitive to everything. I've just watched the first 3 episodes of Alone season 12. All 3 participants who quit had stomach issues because they'd eaten supposedly edible wild plants. The plant toxins did their job! This was in sharp contrast to the meat and fish eaters who were thriving. Whenever I watch these survival programs it is crystal clear we are hunter gatherers who are facultative carnivores, we eat meat and fish to thrive and only eat plants and fruits as back up survival foods.

Hello Anthony, thank you for all that you are doing to help us think about what we are eating, I’m 65 went mainly meat 2.5 years ago was heathy befor slim and fit, do a physical job in the building industry but thinking much clearer now and I feel younger and my body has changed, for the better, much love from West Sussex UK.👍😊
I have to admit my favorite plant is cannibus.
