Nice video Paul 👍🏻. The animal based diet is the perfect base for most people and like him you can include foods, that don't cause problems and make you feel good. For me that's things like dark chocolate, some high quality sourdough, jasmine rice/potatoes after heavy exercise, some fermented vegetables etc...
