Both my knee joints are bad due to my job & age - I was advised to lose weight. I stopped eating sugar in every way possible i.e no Pasta or bread rice - anything that had sugar including beer/alcohol. I have lost 22 Kilo's. This has taken 6 months & with out any exercise.
What I get out of this discussion is get yourself a continuous glucose monitor, you wear it for 10 days or two weeks, and it tells you how your unique body reacts to the food you eat. What works for one is not the same for someone else even if you are in the same family. Then you will learn how certain foods affect you. He also admitted that fasting helps too.
You are definitely the best doctor for this way of eating. I am a truel follower. Thank you.
