I started eating mostly meat and eggs a couple of years ago, and cooking with butter and lard, and dramatically reduced carbs, giving up bread and grains entirely. My enlarged prostate completely cured and my chronic depression 95% cured.
I live in grain country. The reason they tell you to eat more carbohydrates,MONEY! Not health!
At 66 I shudder to think about the amount of Parkay Margarine and sugar I ingested growing up! I was the family baker and of course ate a ton of what I made and developed a sugar addiction of major proportions. Got off sugar 3 yrs ago and feel SO much better. Thanks for all these wonderfully informative videos!
The dietary recommendations are not from ignorance but actually by design. If 90% of the population has chronic illnesses the pharmaceutical and health care industries make incredible profits. If the population is 90% healthy they would loose billions of dollars per year. It’s all about the profits,they don’t care about the suffering life span of the population. Sad but true 😢
Once grocery stores became mainstream, people began to stray from our natural diet. When we were buying from our local farmers, people were so much healthier.
The reason why carbs are pushed so much is because they're addictive and cheap to produce in industrial quantities, making it easier to hide inflation.

"Global fat phobia", love that! Went super low-carb, whole food, animal based, keto 18 months ago at age 62 and my health improved drastically. I worked as a Registered Nurse in Calif. for 32 years and have had to un-learn and re-learn everything I thought I knew! Thank you for the lesson. ❤
All my friends wonder why I am so skinny. When I tell them that I eat and drink a lot of fat, they say I’m lying.
