I think you can sum it up like this. Eat organic wholefoods, and quit eating processed foods, and stop consuming seed oils, and keep your carbs as low as possible, you will be much healthier.
I reversed my T2 diabetes in November with an A1C of 5.8 coming from 10.7 all due to my binge watching your videos. I’m truly grateful for your wealth of knowledge and that I was able to view your videos. Thank you so greatly!

Thank you for slowing the rate of speech. I was of the worst examples of metabolic syndrome. Type 2 diabetes since 2008, lost both of legs below the knee from Charcot foot, and high pressure. In addition I suffered a stroke and heart attack in August 2023. On the bright side I discovered you and your channel around September 2024. I started my journey decreasing my carbs and eliminating sugar and ultra processed foods. I transitioned into keto about 4 months. As of December 2024 my A1C is down to 5.8 and I am off of statins. All my blood work looks excellent. Thank you Dr. Ekberg!

I guess I am still that rebellious kid - don't tell me not to do something ... tell me why I shouldn't - and make it science - now we talking !!! Thank you, I appreciate you !!
