I love CARDIO (as well as my belly fat!)
1 of the most important issues that we face but europe doesn’t. toxic food . GMO pesticides/ herbicides are posted on labels & sometimes just straight out illegal
My health clinic has water treadmills. Excellent exercise and easy on the joints.

I can’t attribute any belly fat loss to cardio. I walk on the treadmill to get back my ability to walk. Between back/pelvic pain and shortness of breath, I found that post-Covid, I could only walk 1/3 mile! At 74, that was unacceptable—Looking forward a decade, could I even cross a parking lot? So I have worked my way up over maybe 8 months, to 1-1/2 mile. Over time, I hope to get up to 3 miles at least. I’ve started walking outside as well, but the weather and air pollution in my area don’t always cooperate. I’ve taken hot baths for years, and my belly has only gotten bigger! I don’t enjoy strict carnivore, I tried intermittent fasting and lost a pound of muscle and gained MORE belly fat. I do saunas in cold weather but I haven’t found any significant improvement. I don’t need allulose, I don’t eat snacks. The only thing you mention that might help would be outdoor walking in winter, and that depends on whether the sidewalks are clear. I will let you know if it actually works.
