After watching, I have to say this is an excellent comprehensive presentation. I’m on my 71st revolution around the sun now, I’ve used creatine for the last two years, and I can certainly affirm what is being conveyed here. It has not made me a super genius though. 🤓👍
It may not be the creatine that's causing people to live longer it's probably just because the people that take creatine are working out and more healthy
15g a day has also helped me not need to get up in the middle of the night to urinate anymore, just to mention another benefit from it.
Can you do a video on the study which found that Parkinson’s patients who took creatine in conjunction with large amounts of caffeine had faster progression of PD vs those who took creatine or caffeine alone? I’m wondering if this has implications in healthy populations or if it’s only a concern of Parkinson’s patients…this would be an interesting discussion to have. I’d love to hear the speculation as to what mechanism may be be at play. It’s kinda scary how both caffeine and creatine when used alone seem to be neuroprotective, but when used together, at certain thresholds seem to have deleterious effects, at least in people who already have Parkinson’s…It would be a great to touch on this study, especially bc a lot of pre workouts contain large amounts of caffeine and creatine. I’d also love to hear what Peter Attis and Rhonda Patrick’s take would be on it too. It’d be great if you could include them as well! Or at least reach out to them for comment. Thanks!!
I'm going to wait 5 months until the next study about raisins.

I liked the brief glimpse of a scene from the movie Predator.
I just got back on the Creatine Train after more than a year of not taking it. Why did I stop taking this stuff? Yup, I can feel the increase in cognition. Im mostly in this game because of life threatening cognitive issues. Plus it makes all my muscles bulging, sans the gym. Ive never gone to the gym coz I’ve never needed to. But after ingesting the creatine, and heading on the 5 to 10 mile - morning dog walk, I feel just like I just worked out. And thats a clean, keen, feeling for sure.
I remember when I was a gym rat in the 90s, and Muscle & Fitness Magazine was the pioneer of all this information. Back in 1992, I introduced Creatine into the natural food store I was employed by. I'm not sure it was being sold in stores yet at that time
Been taking it since the mid 90's
