Maybe you can do a video on the nuisances for women for sauna at certain time in their cycle. Explaining to women that there is times it isn’t as advantageous to sauna within their cycle.
I've been doing the sauna and cold showers every day for 25 minutes for about a month, and my skin and body feel proper glowing and fresh. Honestly, it just totally chills me out my mood's been dead relaxed😊❤
