Im 71 yr old woman and I eat at least 4 eggs a day! I love my eggs! I add a little cottage cheese to my eggs. Trying to get enough protein a day!!!!
Eggs are a superfood and cheap and abundant. It's no wonder the rest of the food industry wants to downgrade the popularity.
Now imagine a world where all chickens eat just from the earth, with no processed foods, or less even? The shift in our health would be even more substantial! It's achievable!
Find people that eat a lot of eggs and they will be in better shape than most people! 💪💙💪
Great information! Eggs are definitely "out of prison" now. And they are so easy to prepare. Buy local eggs from pasture-raised hens, if you can.
I find nothing to be more satiating than eggs. I swear they keep me feeling full forever.
Lecithin is very underrated and doesn’t get nearly enough press, imo. Each egg yolk has 1-3 grams of lecithin. Lecithin is made ip of phosphitalcholine
And once again, my instincts told me to ignore the bad press on eggs. I grew up eating the standard country breakfast with eggs, real butter, etc. I never stopped.
My mom has alzheimer and lewy body, and I have her on multiple vitamins,DHA, minerals etc, also Lutein and Zeaxanthin AND Astaxanthin 12mg daily. Also she takes citicholine. I have her on peptides as well and soon she starts Dihexa, should be potent. I want her to be able to live at home. She is 80.
