I once went to the doctor in a rural mexican community decades ago and he said the same. He basically said it like this "eat like a king in the morning, like middle class merchant at lunch, and like a peasant at dinner"

Carbs, lack of sleep, cortisol (stress), being overweight, and eating a late all affect my glucose. I test my blood sugar every day, right after I wake up (I started testing it about 6 months now) My blood sugar has gradually gone down and has started to stabilize since I have been watching these factors. I’ve lost about 35 pounds, around 25 left to go!

I ate sardines for 5 days. I felt fantastic. On day 5 they made me revoltingly ill just at the thought of them. I haven’t been able to eat them since. I completed the fast on water. Just thinking of them makes me shudder

Sardines are "okay" -- but I've been trying a more "carnivore" approach, since I actually LIKE beef, pork, & chicken! Am I getting the SAME results? Obviously... NO!! But I'm going to try eating herring/kippers for the first meal -- after I wake up. They aren't as good as sardines -- but I actually LIKE them! Am I EXTENDING my "fast"? Maybe!? I'm just shooting for that SATIETY effect!! Maybe it's a variation of the Sardine Fast!? Hey! Whatever works!!
