Replay crew: I cannot believe that Emily didn't get to watch the Judge putting the attorneys in their place when they were bickering at 1:08:20 😂😂 I would've LOVED to hear her 2 cents on it 🤣
Replay Crew here: I was gonna watch this to fall asleep to but then I heard "what if anything" and now my untreated umbridge PTSD is triggered.
💕 For those curious, Emily comes back at 2:28:49
It felt like a rudderless ship while Emily was gone.
Thanks for doing this even though you had other things to do - the amount of time you invest for us is amazing, thank you and love from Germany
Well it’s almost 1 in the morning just finished today’s replay I cannot afford to get behind still haven’t missed a moment. I am so tired of the same testimonies over and over each week. Yes we know he lied and stole but this is a murder trial, I want to scream that at the top of my lungs. What would we do without you it was so boring!❤
Replay Crew: Having @LumberLaw Rob in the chat to add his perspective while Emily was briefly away handling her business was fantastic. Love you both.
Im so confused about Maggie's phone and the steps.... The last text she read was at 8:49, then they most likely got attacked, and her phone starts "walking" at 8:53 with presumably the killer... BUT there are no steps registred on her phone from 8:33 to 8:53... how is that possible if we know she was at the kennels with Paul and Alex at 8:44 walking around with the dogs? The steps from 8:33 until she gets killed are not registred at all, not even the steps she must have taken when she was getting shot and neither are the steps she had to take from the house to the kennels... The only explanationI is she went down to the kennels on an atv got down there at 8:31 (last text read) and left her phone inside the atv until 8:49 when she unlocks her phone for the last time...she probably dropped her phone back in the atv when she ran for her life, and the killer found it inside at 8:53? Did the killer get inside the atv? Was Alec on the atv moving around the property with Maggie's phone inside? Maggie's phone stops moving at the same time Alex starts registering steps but we know phone's don't register steps when in cars so maybe 9:02 is the time Alec threw Maggie's phone in his car at the house, went inside, got his phone etc and got back in the car at 9:06 which is the last time the phone has a landscape change. Then drives and throwns it down the road. It's just weird her phone and Alec's do not move together but one stops moving seconds before the other starts walking... Also there are no steps on Paul's phone after 8:42 but he was taking the video at 8:44 and walking around the kennels and feed room...so MAYBE THE STEPS ARE COMPLETE BOLLOCKS
The "You pointed a gun at us yesterday" moment was WILD. Emily, thank you explaining that thing about the solicitor badge in the car. Our legal system is different here and I never would have put that together otherwise.
Someone who’s lived in South Carolina for 22 years I can honestly say there is been talk for years about how crap sled is
