Morning knee pain doesn’t actually start in the morning. It often begins in the middle of the night, leading to knee pain and knee stiffness that can last 30–60 minutes after you wake up. Knee inflammation may also interfere with deep, restful sleep. If you have knee pain in the morning, try these simple knee pain exercises before getting out of bed: 1. Ankle pumps 2. Heel slides 3. Quad sets Research has found that microbes from dental infections may travel through the bloodstream and have been associated with inflammation in the arteries and joints, making oral health an important part of overall joint health. In addition to knee pain exercises, focus on supporting a healthy inflammatory response. Turmeric and vitamin D may help support healthy knee joints. For best results, take vitamin D with its cofactors: vitamin K2 and magnesium. Supporting healthy insulin levels may also help promote a healthy inflammatory response. Improving quadriceps strength is one of the best ways to support healthy knees. Sit-to-stand exercises are a simple way to strengthen the quadriceps and hamstrings while improving knee stability and function. At 62 years of age I get up every morning and give a prayer of gratitude that nothing hurts. Then I do stretches and go for a 3 mile walk.

❤❤ ❤ Same old local doctors get defensive when you bring up alternative solutions. I've been dealing with swollen legs for years and Dr. Eric Berg videos have been a game-changer. My doctor was unhappy when I mentioned it, but I'm thrilled with the results. Now I just stick to what works and imagine how my doctors look after seeing my legs were better than ever..

❤ ☀ My LDL cholesterol numbers were so bad they sent me to various cholesterol specialists. Heart surgeries took a toll on me, but I didn't understand the cholesterol numbers at the time. They sent my blood work to Germany for advanced testing around 2001, but the high costs led my insurance to stop paying. I had a second open-heart surgery within a year, which was very painful. Thankfully, after discovering Dr. Eric Berg's videos on YouTube and adopting a keto diet, my health issues have greatly improved 💯 was 410lbs to 202..

Walking backwards, I find that interesting because I had inflammation in my knee and I found walking backwards helped the healing process. I also would come down the stairs in the morning backwards, of course, being very careful holding the banister.
