I keep it simple. In my fasting period I have black coffee, apple cider vinegar, and lots of water. Walking for me is really important. When I'm just sitting I have the psychological feeling of wanting to eat. But when I'm out and about running errands and being busy I don't even think about it 🤓😃

I started my 24 hr. fast earlier today, but missed the livestream as I was teaching martial arts. I really enjoy training martial arts or working out during a fast. Not only does it stop any hunger pangs I am have I usually have plenty of energy for the training or workout.
