I am a 66 year old 🙋🏻‍♀️ and I lost 65 lbs fat on Keto, IF and multiple day fasts about five years before Dr Mindy came on the scene. Although I don’t necessarily agree with everything she says, Dr Mindy brings a lot great stuff …I believe everyone has a “piece” of the wellness fitness health puzzle. Excellent information!!! As you wake up you will naturally fast intermittently!!!! Both hemispheres of the brain will be in balance and communicate effectively!!!!

Jessie, were you surprised Dr Mindy never heard of a Kraft test, and/or an OGTT? I agree with you about the importance of the fasting insulin test. You could have an A1C of 5 and still heading towards pre-diabetes or even diabetes. It didn’t seem that she understood that
