Sugar cravings were honestly my worst problem 😅 every night same story… sweets, snacks, then waking up bloaated and heavyy. I tried “science tools”, diets, everything and still felt stuck. Then in a womens forum someone mentoned Eat.Like.a.Woman.Protocol writen by -L. Green. I tried it and somehow dropped 28 lbs, belly calm again. Feels like info ppl should know.
ive always had a weakness for sugar and sweet rhing but my nom has type 2 diabetes so i try and be aware for what i eat but man when those cravings hit i turn into an addict i cant wait for protocals to drop release un september i preordered since i heard but kept getting pushed back im happy september is official thats my birthday God bless you sir for all the work you do for the community i truly believe its a service to humanity.

My mantra is dessert first, but then it becomes dessert all day. I quit sugar about 10 years ago; literally experienced withdrawals, like an opioid junky. I had the sweats and bad depression, my body didn't feel good at all. Over time I'm hooked again and I'm not a fan of how it makes me feel.
Now I have the song "Sugar" by System of a Down stuck in my head!
