Tim is 💯 correct. My husband spent 40 years in law enforcement and drew his weapon once. This happened in his 1st year and later he said that he could have diffused the situation if he had had more experience or not been alone on the interstate.
Not knowing what is happening is INEXCUSABLE! We cannot survive as a democracy without a basic level of citizen awareness and engagement.
