@MelRobbins Can you please please bring more awareness to Adult ADHD . I feel so discouraged . I mean, how else could I feel. I talked to my primary of my symptoms, and she said, "I can't fix you." I told her about my lack of daily motivation of the stress level at work, and she said talk to HR. Why are you telling me I'm not HR? There is nothing I can do for you if you are stressed and try breathing . Needless to say, I left that office with a quick ness. Instead of course, she focused on my weight and told me what I needed to stop eating. It was the worst doctor visit of my life. 😢 I'm feeling sorry for myself as I revisit that day. Her lack of empathy towards me was the worst .😢😢😢

The "5 Second Rule", and bless you for sharing :) It's been an icky 2 years divorcing, and that rule actually makes me smile now when I think of it, lol.
