The first two paragraphs of this post ending with “but I would never cheat” is giving “questions answered by my tee shirt” vibes. You, sir, are the one that brought that up unprompted.

…… seeing a mind of a cheater mind set is so unsettling…..

That man doesn't even seem aware of the concept of impulse control. "I love my wife." He doesn't. What he loves is the comfort and stability the relationship with her brings in his life. If he loved her, he wouldn't have willingly hurt her like that.

His wife is 100% prepping the divorce as best as she can. Gathering evidence to the point of wanting the mistress' side, waiting until the baby is born so he's on the birth certificate for easier child support, not letting out her frustrations, potentially even waiting to get a better alimony deal, etc.

“I’m not cheating!” 20 seconds later he exchanges phone numbers. Me, “aaaaaaand here we go” 🙄🙄🙄
