Story 1: Something doesn't add up. If he was a franchise owner, that means he has put actual money in the business to buy an agreement and that business is legally separate from the main franchise. Sure they can absolutely cancel the agreement. They have zero control over his position and package within that company. They can bankrupt it by removing the ability to access the customers, but that's it.

First story: that's not how franchises work. Like, at all. Stories like this are why so many are reasonably skeptical of reddit stories

That's not how franchising works. The franchisor terminating and taking the business away from the guy, sure. But the franchise owner is not an employee, they can't be demoted to delivery driver.

These all sound more like fantasy writing than actual prorevenge

Second Story: Spreading rumors about someone is childish as hell. That said, it's best never to cross OP because bro will have ur dark deeds documented just in case u do cross him. Ted probably lost his job and family for targeting OP, along with OP's replacement

Story 3: just so everybody knows, if somebody doesn't pay you like that you don't get to just go and take back your work. The law will fuck you up for that. The vlaw abhors self help and you will lose in court. OP's friend destroyed the other person's property instead of doing the right thing and going to the courts. He also put many lives at risk, including any unknown pets. He didn't know they weren't in there when he did it.

The last story is evil. What if they had cats or a dog? They would have died.

Story 2: I think sending the only fans info to the woman's ex to use against her in a custody battle pushes this into nuclear revenge and goes a little too far. he's basically using societies prejudice against her. And without knowing what the ex is like he may have severely screwed over the kids involved in the long run, but OP doesn't care who else was caught in the crossfire. Honestly, to go as far as he did I think OP is a little more unhinged than he lets on and maybe her claim that she felt intimidated by him wasn't as big of a stretch as he pretends.

Last story. If the installer got a permit the owner would have been forced to add the extension

Don’t know how Dick didn’t immediately get fired after assaulting someone but it is feather satisfying to know that his coworkers and underlings were there to see his downfall, from franchisee to lowly delivery boy.
