You attribute all the positive effect on the liver to Schisandra, even though it was taken together with Sesamin (a natural lignan extracted from sesame seeds and sesame oil, known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties). Schisandra my sister used it around 2012 for her mysterious high liver enzymes that was not the typical liver disease as the liver was in good health .

In reading about it, it's potentially dangerous if you're taking many medications because it can cause their levels to be too high or low if they're processed by the liver - most are. And these interactions don't seem to be completely documented. So, it's ironically just suitable for healthy people who aren't on pharmaceuticals. It's definitely questionable with blood pressure, cardiac, anticoagulent, and benzodiazapine medications.

Going to try this I keep very fit still have a six-pack but got diagnosed with fatty liver to my shock. Used to drink heavy so maybe that's the cause. Thanks another great video.
