From the thumbnail I was thinking Taco Bell and Coca Cola
I was an alcoholic until I got sober at 30. I had fatty liver for decades I never had a doctor, I went to specialists, tell me that I could cure it myself. One thing causes fatty liver high carbohydrate diets aka beer, sugars, snacks and Mac and Cheese. My liver enzymes were high until 2022 when I had an awakening and I started fasting to lose weight. The first fat burned while fasting is liver fat. I also take Milk Thistle. It is entirely curable without expensive pharmaceuticals unless you have some kind of genetic or other liver disease. Now I had a liver biopsy around the turn of the century and last year I had an ultra sound, my liver is not fatty and the scarring was normal given my previous history. Oddly my first ultrasound in 2010 discovered I had kidney cancer. My liver enzymes became normal in 2023 after my change to low carb and fasting, I am talking 3-7 day fasts. Once a month or every other month. It takes me three days of fasting to get in to deep ketosis. I could actually feel my liver being less inflamed it was easier to tie my shoes without gasping. I eat three to six eggs a day I have 4 chickens, is till buy extra eggs. I do lots of fish. Sardines, mackerel and salmon. I make a lot of high protein salmon patties with 1 can of drained wild salmon , 5 eggs, two scoops of collagen, half cup of almonds blended to a powder and enough Italian bread crumbs to make patties. The fry in a pan with avocado oil or bake. Makes about 14 patties.
Seeing stuff like this always makes me think abot how much food affects wayyy more than ppl realize 😅 I felt sluggish, puffy and uncomfortable for yrs but every “healthy” thing somehow made me feel worse. Got soo discouraged. Then someone in a womens healing group mentioned Eat.Like.a.Woman.Protocol written by -L. Green. Down 27 lbs now and feel sooo much lighter. Feels like secret women info.

I've had doctors ignore my blood work numbers numerous times to where I know there's a problem and they don't care until something really hard hits...I've garnished a hatred for the medical commuity over this. This we'll keep and eye on it and if it gets worse then we'll deal with it attitude is narcissistic and practically criminal against The Hippocratic Oath.
Is there anyone on this platform providing this info without my needing a university chemistry degree? I just want to know what to eat.
Keto, Carnivore and olive oil also improve liver function.
Really good stuff!!!!
Really encouraging to hear that fatty liver can be improved by diet. I'll definitely try adding more omega-3s and fiber to my meals.
