Ive lost about 200lbs on keto at first then transitioning into *mostly* carnivore, most of the time i feel like an animal, almost endless energy, flat belly even with a small amount of belly fat/loose skin but i feel amazing i would love to share my story and how i saved my life with people that actually listen, anyone i tell in life pretty much think im crazy.. even my wife sometimes

You loose a lot of weight on carnivore if you are as strict as Dr.Chaffee following him since first video the most strict carnivore out here and the benefits that he talks about only comes if you’re strict When i was as strict as him eating only eggs meat salt and water nothing else even my tartar from my teeth fell off like after a month , sleeping 5 hours sometimes 6 waking up fully refreshed in the morning like i was in childhood jumping out from the bed its amazing how it changes your body I could barley get air through my nose for 8 years after 4 weeks carnivore something yellow came out from my nose was breathing better on my nose than on my mouth 😂 it was unbelievable its just amazing btw I’m carnivore on and of throughout the year i like to eat a lot if I weigh to much i go carnivore the fat melts away , thank you Dr.Chaffee for helping us🙌🙌🙌🫡

It’s easier to stay on course with carnivore because of how it makes many people feel. The benefits of feeling good again outweigh such a massive focus on the weight.
About weight loss - I gradually went from paleo (2013) to keto to carnivore (2016) and hardly lost any weight, it was mostly for my IBS and inflammation which improved. In 2017 I eliminated dairy and eggwhites, only after 3 months when the cravings were finally gone, I lost weight and fast. I believe it's the insulin. at least in my case.
200 calories from doughnuts and 200 calories from eggs are just not the same…
