Doctor chaffe is a life saver. i went on carnivore back in June. I've lost 48 lbs I've also had my psoriasis start clear up and my arthritis pain is gone. I feel 13 years younger.
Starting carnivore 5 days ago lost 4 lbs already so happy
I tend to overconsume dairy so i decided to cut it.
Sorry, I cannot live without melted cheddar cheese smothered over my beef patties enhanced by a couple of yolk dripping eggs.
My daughter is almost 2 and only says dada, she used to say a few words but regressed and they say that’s a sign of autism. So I put her on carnivore diet last week she’s on day 8 doing great, I’m going pork chops and beef and eggs. Allowing her to have milk because she can’t sleep at night without a bottle of milk at bed that’s her comfort. Praying that we see some improvement in her attention span and that she’ll start to open up and talk. Doing a 100 day challenge to see if we see any improvement with her. I’m doing it with her.
I drank 10l of raw goat milk over a couple days. Feeling great lol, trying to cure autoimmune disease I have
The “dairy debate” is so tiresome. Some can and some can’t, some do and some don’t but as adults we can track what’s best for our bodies health. The t-totalers need to chill.
Could not reach past trace ketones until I eliminated dairy completely. Finally getting moderate to large amount ketones! 🏆
When I’m almost off carnivore path , I watch , doctor I mean real doctor, it’s so inspiring, help me keep going ❤
