If you get a shoe from Adidas, ASICS, Brooks, Hoka, Kiprun, Li Ning, Mizuno, New Balance, Nike, Puma, Salomon, Saucony - you're probably going to have a very good shoe that's massively better from what was out there even 3 or 4 years ago. So many great shoes now and there's great shoes from others like ON, R.A.D and even Skechers has a very good buy or so in its range. Amazing really. Great video Ben as ever. Your 💯 impartiality is a credit to you and the channel

Just throwing this in there for anyone who cares, the Deviate Pure Nitro has the same shank that the EVO SL has. If you have them, pull out the insole and you’ll see/feel it at the midfoot. It’s not a big deal, but just wanted to share!
Brooks glycerine are my daily go to. I have 2 pairs of 22s, one pair has over 700 miles in them and going strong

Tested the Mizuno neo vista 3 today and it is a beast. For my pace as an 87kg runner I feel like I can do all my runs in this shoe. It’s very stable and bouncy even at the end of a run when I feel like other shoes flatten out. I also tested the Superblast 3 but it was too soft and unstable for me. This shoe is the best. I'm really impressed with this brand especially since it's my first time trying it.
