Thank you for being so kind to me at the expo when I was a bag of nerves, Ben - totally star struck meeting you & Sarah! Congratulations on completing another London Marathon in such an epic time! I got a PB today & finally broke 4 hours (3:53) so well chuffed 😊
Well done Ben you did amazing. Also I’m a 50 year old woman and I’ve just done my first ever half marathon at Blackpool. I only started running in October after watching your videos and followed one of your plans. Thank you so much your such an inspiration and I couldn’t have done it without your plan, you helped me achieve something I didn’t think was possible xx

I think I scared my girlfriend shouting ‘omg it’s Ben’ at the tv when I saw you on the screen at the start of the race😂 I had the pleasure of meeting you last year at the expo before my first marathon, your videos were a massive help when I started running and your training plans allowed me to take 6 minutes off of my HM PB and 24 mins off of my marathon PB so far this year. Thank you for all you do and keep getting it done!
