How weird is it that we struggle to find time to fit exercise in around our responsibilities now when it used to just happen. It used to be our whole life.

If you're struggling for time, the assault bike is your new best friend! Probably the biggest bang for your buck HIIT equipment you'll find in most gyms. A quick tabata on there and you're good. 8 Rounds: 20s sprint, 10s rest 👌

Our bodies are made for movement. The more sedentary we are the worst we get. Simple as. Get some sunlight and get moving. Our bodies are capable of so much! The more you progress the more you will realise just how capable we all are

Chris thank you for continuing to get better with every podcast and I love your motivation for your exercise goals. I realize you probably won’t read this but I had a bad TBI in 2021 and has hospitalized for 100 days and I wasn’t supposed to survive it but positive energy and podcasts have helped me get through it and I am grateful to you. As a predominant body-builder, i can safely say that I can’t imagine a better way to boost cognition and detox and supercharge your mitochondria etc etc… than a half hour of brutal interval training that leaves you drenched in sweat and struggling to get out more than two words at a time. If you’re gonna do cardio, get the most out of your time by far by doing HIIT. Listen to the benefits ^ anything less is a waste of time in my book. Go kick your ass. The more uncomfortable you’re feeling while you’re in it, the more it’s doing to help you. And yes, the assault bike is my go-to. Best piece of cardio equipment ever made, and unlike running, will preserve your joints and your lower back.
