Try the 'doorknob diet'. As you stand on the scale, lean your weight into the doorknob until you get to the weight you want.
I’m never hungry in the morning. Easier to break my fast at lunch.
I have adopted the same eating pattern as my grandparents. I eat a large protein and fat rich breakfast. I eat a lighter lunch of mostly fish and veggies. Then I eat nothing till the next morning.
Our grandparents didn't stay up late, they went to bed early before they would get hungry.
I'm a practicing MD and I've been telling people this for years. Ditch the nighttime meals but it's so hard to get people to do this.
FINALLY! I understand why everyone is saying not to eat at night. Never ever heard it explained. Thank you!
It's 10:15 p.m. and I JUST finished a small sized bag of cashews when this video shows up on my feed.
I stopped eating breakfast and dinner about 8 years ago. I'm not going to start back..no way
I'm not diabetic but I recently wore a CGM for 15 days to see how foods affect me and I noticed high numbers in the morning if I ate later than normal. This makes sense now.
I grew poor in Latin America , we would have a small breakfast of toast and butter, and a decent lunch of stake, vegetables and pasta , we skipped dinner most nights ( maybe just a thin soup or a hard boiled egg) , I was thin and healthy , then we became more affluent and began eating “better” hello diabetes type 2
