Sardines frankly is the only thing that my body always, absolutely and utterly loves. I get tired of them, but when I eat only sardines, all my levels just start going down. I am a food addict, I am a volume addict, just like Jane. It's a HELL of a journey and she is inspiring. I wish I could get to her level. I wake up almost every morning with the thought of starting to do ONE day of just sardines. Sometimes I make it, sometimes I don't. My blood tests are better when I am on sardines a lot and worse when I do anything else, even if keto. But my addiction to other food is not easy to overcome. I have kicked the sugar habit, but dairy.... dairy is my downfall. And eating late.
My dog eats a can of sardines every day. They have healed so much for her. She's 13 and she's back to acting like a puppy! I'm so grateful
I eat a can of healthy planet sardines at noon everyday with turmeric, black pepper and garlic powder. Love them.

Diet of... Jane, the lady who was carnivore 4years, & still had insulin resistance and then did Sardine challenge ... (70 days at this point) Her aim was reducing inflammation 4 cans with 2tsp of mct per can = 1500 calories a day & approx 80-88grams of protein , approx 140 calories per can , so most calories from the fat added Breakfast 1 can Lunch 1 or 2 cans Dinner 3pm 1 can Felt satisfied,though has addiction to volume usually
