Magnesium alone didn't stop my cramps. I needed potassium too.
Potassium is what helped my cramps. And so much more.
I have had my plumbing liscens 1970 and will use epsom salt baths. The epsom salt baths will NOT HURT YOUR SEPTIC TANKS. Continue doing the baths.
I also think keto flu is carb withdraw from years of carb overdose. It is like drug withdraw
10 to 15 lbs. is expensive for 2X a week.
The soil is not deficient in magnesium. Plants /trees simply cant uptake it due to chemicals killing the soil microbiome…….

As a Ketovore I salt heavy. I take Magnesium glycinate at night for sleep and helps limits migraines. I also use a liquid Electrolytes in the morning with my exercise. I started Keto 6 yrs ago August been mostly Carnivore for 3 yrs I have the Freedom to use Keto foods. Just got my Blood work back for this yr I'm 64 yrs old and I'm great!!
I've been carnivore for 2.5 years. I had such instant and overwhelming success that it was life-changing. Despite all of that success I just simply could not get away from minor intermittent leg cramps. I tried increasing insulin by eating more protein and adding in a little carbs, I started drinking milk, added magnesium, just could not figure it out. I thought I was hypoglycemic or having insulin issues. Then lo and behold, despite already in taking large sums of sea salt, all I simply had to do was add extra sea salt to my electrolyte drink and voila, no more cramps and feeling incredible, feeling nearly invincible actually, The vast majority of days.
Ooh! Definitely looking forward to the recipe in the next video!
