Generally people need to understand that exercise is never wasted. If a person can only muster 20m twice a week, plus maybe a walk or swim etc, that is massively better than nothing at all. Personally I factor in my weekly cleaning into my movement routine haha. Clean for an hour or 2 on Saturday, up and down stairs, mopping, Walking, Scrubbing, It counts
5:12 yard work and gardening. In times like these we need to convert our wasteful lawns and backyards to permaculture food forest gardens landscapes with perennial drought and heat tolerant plants to provide shade and food year long for our family, friends and neighbors. I’m not a gym person, I get my exercise by doing housework, gardening and I don’t have a car so I have to walk most places. I have fibromyalgia and now damaged discs in my neck so some days aren’t so good. So far my blood pressure has always been normal, I’m 69, now, have a doctor’s appointment in 3 weeks so I will get my blood pressure checked. This video has got me more motivated to do more exercise bc I think I’ve slowed down a bit bc of my neck pain.
Every single human - especially but not limited to kids- should watch this. Few other videos can make a bigger difference.
It's the injuries...once I'm injured it takes FOREVER to recover IF I do. At 64 my injuries hamper all my work outs.
People should invest time in themselves, even if it just stretches or basic mobility drills.
