I have RA. Every time (spanning years) I tried to increase my protein intake, my inflammation would go through the roof. Didn't matter if it was animal or plant. I've since decided to stick to the levels that make me feel my best.
Loved the episode, Brad. โค

Excellent presentation. Thank you Dr Stanfield for cutting through the confusion, balancing the nuances and putting forward definitive takeaway advice. I appreciate you sharing the implications for your patients and for yourself.
Awesome Dr Brad, I find these studies fascinating especially as a 62 y.o. with plenty of muscle mass from lifelong resistance training but whose whole family tree died of cancer, no heart disease or frailty, so thought provoking!
